Your new role
As a Manager's assistant, you'll provide administrative support to several manager in calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel and expenses arrangement. You'll also given the opportunity to participate in training program for your personal growth. You'll work closely with different stakeholder, and foster a good working relationships within the team.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in Executive support, Personal assistant, calendar management & travel arrangement.
  • Good knowledge of Ms Outlook or Lotus Notes
  • Good command of English
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Chinese/ Japanese / Korean will be an advantage.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
