Your new company
The company is a growing player in the renewable power sector with joint ventures with North Asian stakeholders and clients. They are involved in large solar projects across Malaysia and will look at expanding their presence across APAC in the near future.

Your new role
You will be a key member of the organisation, assisting senior stakeholders in the management of legal risks, the drafting, negotiation and management of EPCC contracts and communicating with external solicitors on dispute resolution matters.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 years legal experiences in construction, renewable or energy industry
• EPCC contract drafting experiences crucial
• PPA or O&M drafting experiences are integral
• Litigation management experiences are advantageous
• Ability to work independently with good stakeholder management

What you'll get in return
