Legal & Compliance Manager

Your new company
Our client is an E-Commerce company based in Kuala Lumpur and they are looking for a Legal & Compliance Manager to join their organisation.

Your new role
  • You will be managing the legal and compliance department and will be responsible for reviewing and drafting various commercial agreements.
  • Developing company policies and responding to policy violations.
  • Oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies, investments, and procedures.
  • Regularly liaising with internal stakeholders and providing legal advice when necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Law with at least 7 years as an in-house counsel.
  • Must have experience within a Public Listed Company.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
  • Compliance exposure is an added advantage.
  • Strong command of English.
  • Regional exposure is a plus point.
  • Good business acumen.
