This E-commerce company based in Kuala Lumpur require a hands-on, Legal & Compliance Advisor to join its rapid expanding business.

Your new role
You will be involved in assisting in all legal work for the company, carry out legal research, review, vet and peruse a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements, draft and solidify a wide range of agreements, contracts, statements, terms and conditions. Along with it, you will be anticipating and managing the legal risks connect with or resulting from the business strategy and operations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Possesses a bachelor's degree in Law with at least 5-7 years of working experience
• Proficient and fluent in Chinese (Written and Spoken), English (written and spoken)
• Good drafting, communication, and research skills
• Ability to identify and analyse legal issues and recommend solutions.
