The client is a leading player within its manufacturing field who places importance in employee's development and growth. They are looking for a L&D/TM specialist to join the HR team to drive the learning culture in the company.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the learning and talent plans for all white collar across all facilities. This includes Training Needs Analysis, Succession Planning, Employee Development Framework, HiPo program, e-Learning as well as HRDF fund management.
