You will be joining a well-established company who are in the manufacturing industry, and they are currently looking for highly efficient talents to join their business as a Key Account Specialist.
Your new role
As a Key Account Specialist, you will be the main point of contact managing assigned customers to attend to all their operational requests. You will be responsible to monitor daily production progress against forecasted plan and closely communicate with customers on capacity planning, delivery progress, scheduled customer visits, and resolve any operational issues raised by customers. You will be carrying out tasks as an individual contributor with an assigned portfolio.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar background will lead you to success, as will:
• At least 5 years’ experience in related field
• Experienced in manufacturing industries
• Passionate about people and strong key account management
• Strong communication skills
