Your new role
You will be working closely with the Regional IT Director to effectively plan and manage the network and infrastructure across Malaysia to ensure it aligns with the regional policy. Aside from overseeing the process when there is a global launch for their application, you will also be managing local technical projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Technical academic qualification equivalent to Computing or Information Technology
• At least 3 years working experience in the service desk and end user support environment
• Experience with Microsoft servers and project management
