Your new company
Our client is a company in the Healthcare and Life Science industry with a strong presence in Malaysia. They are expanding and have consistently gained market share over its competitors. They are now looking for an Investor Relations Manager or Assistant Manager to join their team.

Your new role
In this role, you will be reporting directly to the MD and handle matters related to Investor Relations (IR) such as:

• developing IR strategies and plan
• financial performance analysis
• investment analysis and research
• financial modelling
• drafting of annual report, Chairman’s statement, MD&A, Governance Statements etc
• build relationship with analysts, investors and other stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 4-5 years relevant experience and a Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics or Investment. You will also need some experience in IR or Corporate Finance and ability to analyse finance statements.
