Your new role
You will manage a qualifies team of 10-15 headcounts across end to end HR functions, recruitment, payroll, rewards and learning & development. You will be the key point of contact of your key stakeholders across APAC. Reviewing and coordinating the workload across your team will be a constant in this position, as well as your ability to lead, develop and mentor a team.

What you'll need to succeed

• A strong foundation within the HR functions and experience working in shared service centres will be an added advantage
• Be a natural leader and have the ability to work autonomously and provide guidance and mentorship for your team.
• An eye for detail and possessing excellent communication skills
