Your new role
In this job, you’ll be responsible for handling the end-to-end HR functions with the focus on compensation & benefits, recruitment and talent management. You will be in-charge of putting in more structure to the company by implementing the HRIS as well as designing the onboarding process for new employees. You will be task to also play an advisory role for the overall business and HR team structure.

• Posses good business acumen
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication
• Must showcase strong ability with handling fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
