Your new company
This company is a leading international name with premium outlets in Malaysia. As it expands within Asia, it requires a HR Manager to sit locally to deliver change whilst executing initiatives cascaded from a regional level.

Your new role
You will be playing part of a sole contributor which borrows functions from a dynamic regional centre of excellence, primarily dealing with expansion plans revolving (1) employer branding; (2) a change of core values; and (3) competitive benchmarking exercises. This role mainly involves a business partnering mindset and is open to candidates which are ambitious in stakeholder management.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in:

• Effective business partnering and handling tough stakeholders in retail environments
• The ability to be hands-on with HR operations
• Strategic HR initiatives
• Strong communication skills in English
