Your new role
You will work as a sole contributor to build the HR department of this company from scratch whilst being able to liaise with multiple HODs to gather input on recruitment, performance management, and compensation & benefits structures. This role acts as an advisor to the CEO from a strategic HR perspective and is expected to provide HR advice as a consultant.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to have 5+ years of experience in:
