You will be joining a Manufacturing company which has a global presence and has been in the industry for more than 100 year. They are currently looking for a HR Manager to join their team.
Your new role
As the HR Manager you will be responsible of the overall HR Operations which cover recruitment, training, payroll management and company policies. You will be in-charge of the overall HR Policies and Processes for the Malaysia business.
What you'll need to succeed
- More than 7 years of HR working experience.
- Well verse in Training & Development, Selection & Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations and design HR policies & procedures
- Foreign worker management is required.
- Strong people management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience working in Manufacturing industry.
