Your new role
You will be part of a dynamic team working closely in managing the operations of the company, primarily dealing with expansion plans for recruitment covering the formulation of recruitment strategies, driving onboarding programmes, managing annual performance management processes, and identifying training needs. Naturally, this role also involves participation in global/regional projects when assigned.
