A MNC is currently undergoing transformation changes in the organisation and is currently expanding their Human Resources team. They are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team.

Your new role
As the HR BP you will be working with the internal stakeholders to develop strategies and strong framework which covers organization development, employee communications, HR framework execution, HR operations, talent acquisition, policy advice & adherence.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ability to manage difficult situation with tact and diplomacy, and multi-task in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Able to work in Europe timing due to time zone difference.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skill
• Able to deal with uncertainties and last minute ad-hoc tasks
• An individual that is able to work independently with very minimal guidance.
