You will be joining a company that focuses on distribution services and they have big clientele under their name. They are currently expanding their business and is looking for a HR & Admin Manager to be based at Puncak Alam.
Your new role
As the HR & Admin Manager you will be in-charge of the overall HR Operations and also advising the stake holders on HR strategies matters such as improving employee retention and recruitment related matters. In addition to that, you will ensure all HR policies are up to date and compliant.
What you'll need to succeed
What you need to do now
- At least 10 years of working experience.
- Strong knowledge in HR Policies and Labour Law.
- Knowledge in working in a start up environment would be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills is required.
