Your new role
You will be spearheading the talent pillar for the entire group across a region, while building your team. Key responsibilities include continuous improvement and launching of talent, performance & engagement initiatives across a region. You will also work on the digitalization of HR including the launch of new modules on SAP SuccessFactors.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience strategizing robust talent frameworks on a regional level
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
• Solid stakeholder management & communication skills
