Your new role
In this job you’ll be responsible for managing a growing team. You’ll oversee:
- Building talent pipeline for job openings and leading all sourcing strategies
- Managing external partnership and implement employer branding activities
- Overseeing hiring process and hiring planning to grow the business
- Manage, train and evaluate the recruiter team and participate in the recruitment events to build our company’s awareness
What you'll need to succeed
To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:
- Proven work experience as a TA Director or similar role
- Excellent verbal communication skills and leadership skill
- Excellent in interpersonal, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Solid of knowledge and experience of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Able to maintain a commercial approach to every aspect of your role and lead from the front
