Your new role
This role is tasked to oversee the end-to-end HR matters of the overall operations across the region. You will have to develop robust people initiatives surrounding talent management, performance management, culture development and general continuous improvement to ensure business performance is met. You will also be the key person developing the HR team, advising leads on improvements and grooming the junior team members.

• Proven experience as a business partner to senior management
