Your new role
You’ll manage a qualified team of Market Risk professional with varying levels of experience. You’ll be the key point of contact for your Chief Risk Officer on all matters pertaining to Market Risk. You will be reviewing and coordinating the workload across your team while still maintaining a very hands-on approach in the day-to-day operations. You’ll oversee the development and implementation of limit utilisations and trading activities as well as escalation of limit excess/triggers ensuring that it is align with the Bank’s risk appetite while adhering to regulatory guidelines. Other day to day tasks such as performing annual review on market risk limits, new product UAT, producing risk reporting dashboards etc. will be a constant in this role.

- Be an excellent communicator with the ability to produce high quality market risk reports and advice
- Be a natural leader and have the ability to work autonomously and provide guidance and mentorship for your team
- Strong stakeholder management in order to influence outcomes with personnel at all levels
- High integrity, outgoing and prepared to make changes while adopting best practices
