A reputable and major local bank based in Kuala Lumpur seeking for a new Head of IT Vendor Management.

Your new role
The Single Point of Contact within GDTT that manages all IT-related vendors in terms of their deliverable quality (implementation phase and maintenance & support phase), timeline (as efficient as possible), response time (the speed to react when 2nd line of support triggered), vendor performance monitoring , legal contract, competitive pricing (preferential rates, comparative to industry averages), and preparation for renewal/auto-renewal, timely updates of terms and conditions that are beneficial to the Group.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in IT Supply Chain or Supply Chain management process
• To have ability to draft and review IT contract
• To have ability to work independently and lead a small vendor management team.
• Able to come out with plan to ensure contract renew on time and best practice of vendor management
• Able to present and communicate well with stakeholders including CTO, Vendors & SME or business
• Able to create or provide interactive power point contents
