Head of HR

A financial services provider is on the lookout for a Head of HR.

Your new company
Our client is a renown Financial Services provider, and they are on the hunt for a senior HR professional to join their organisation as a Head of HR.

Your new role
As the Head of HR, your tasks include:
  • Manpower planning - understanding the business needs and carry out workforce planning to ensure the management is informed on talents across all management levels, as well as developing and implementing sourcing and retention policies
  • Rewards - Working closely with regional counterparts to develop, review and implement rewards strategies and programmes, conducting market survey analysis to ensure that pay scheme is competitive and managing the annual salary review exercise.
  • L&D - Collaborate with Head of Departments to assess training needs and designing and recommending learning and development programmes as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the training programmes.
  • Performance Management - Provide consulting services to the business heads on employee career development and enforcing regional performance management process.
  • ER & IR - Develop relationship initiatives to enhance employee well-being and satisfaction, work with labour unions to sustain healthy IR environment and provide guidance on resolving any employee issues.
  • HR Administration - Oversee end to end HR activities [payroll, benefits, resourcing and training administration activities.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to qualify for this role you must have:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as an HR generalist
  • Deep understanding of local employment law, relevant regulations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
