Regional Leadership role with a Market Leader in APAC

Your new company
A very well established MNC with offices and operations across the globe is looking to Hire a Regional Head of Product Growth with key focus on growing revenue, market share and profitability across APAC.

Your new role
Reporting directly into a C-Suite, the Head of Growth Strategy will be accountable to drive overall user & revenue growth in Asia Market, while also building a digital business with excellent customer experience and the ability to scale new business segments through online channels. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Ideate value propositions to attract new customers to use our product, particularly via but not confined to the digital channel, including innovating in areas of channel, marketing, branding, digital experience, product value, pricing & promotions. Size and prioritise opportunities, focusing on low-penetration markets such as Indonesia.
  • Be the voice of focused segment(s), monitor outcomes and value from our company, leveraging insights gathered by Customer Experience, GTM, Product and UX. Assess and ideate improvement opportunities, design initiatives and work with other teams to achieve better outcomes for our customers
  • Lead and guide the Growth team and take ownership to grow team members’ capabilities and engagement indices. Share knowledge with other project and business teams to ensure learnings and improvements are implemented throughout the wider business.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 10-15 years of experience with a track record in driving transformative business growth, ideally in
    a digital business
  • Ideal candidate would have mixture of experience in Top Tier Management consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Kearney, Bain etc and also Internet Companies/Start-ups.
  • Highly developed reasoning capabilities, analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to break down and scope strategic problems
  • Problem Solving Skills; Cause & Effect Relationship etc
  • People Relationship - Leadership, Motivating, Coaching, Stakeholder Buy-in
  • Experience in Digital Business/Digital Product is a MUST HAVE
