Your new role
In this job, you will be responsible to lead the claims team and work closely with the underwriters, brokers and clients to provide excellent services. You will be expected to involve in process improvement projects to improve productivity and quality of claims delivery. Conduct claims review and review business plan will be a constant in this position, as well as review and approve certain claims transactions within your granted authority for all portfolios to optimize service levels and contribute to profits.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in Commercial/ Personal/ Financial line of Insurance
• An eye for detail and possessing excellent communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• The ability to maintain a commercial approach to every aspect of your role and lead from the front
