Your new role
You will be responsible for coming up and executing sales strategy, growing and managing the sales team, as well as bringing in new sales.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Ability to work on and understand sales strategy (what is going on in the market)
  • Data driven (someone who can work on analytics on both market situation, sales, and team performance)
  • Ability to hire, develop and retain a team (people management before, small team is fine)
  • Logistics sales background preferred but not necessary, very open to other industries
  • Preferably 5-8 years’ experience with exposure to start ups.
