YOUR NEW COMPANY
This prestigious insurance company based in Malaysia is famous for its aspirational and exceptional General Insurance coverage. Due to market growth, the company requires a hands-on, Head of Bancassurance to join its global dynamic business.

YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be responsible to plan and develop sales strategies alongside with Chief Distribution Officer to drive nationwide Bancassurance Team for maximum business growth. You will be expected to lead a team of 5 Regional Heads to execute plan and improve channel growth

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience from Insurance / Banking industry
• Minimum 4 - 5 years at a senior position with leadership experience
• Posses result and sales-driven personality
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
