This prestigious insurance company based in Malaysia is famous for its aspirational and exceptional life insurance coverage. Due to market growth, the company requires a Head of Agency Sales Training to join its global dynamic business to support the Agency Development Department
YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be counted on to lead a team of 10 - 12 trainers, including 3 Section Head, to design and conduct training programmes to the Agency Sales Force. You will also be working closely with Chief Agency Officer in planning Development Roadmap for different segment of Agency Sales Force

- Minimum 7 - 10 years of relevant working experience within Agency Sales Training
- Familiar in design and conduct training module to Distribution Channel
- Experienced in leading a small team is a must
