Your new role
As the leader of the team, you are trusted to ensure the group's climate risk function is in place. You will develop and implement policies and procedures to support the group's climate resilience as per BNM's climate risk policy. Not only that, you are also responsible to develop and implement climate related risk frameworks, climate scenario analysis, assessment methodologies and stress testing. You will identify the group's climate related risk and ensure risk controls are put in place. You will also be expected to integrate climate related risk materials across the group's enterprise wide risk functions. Great opportunity to step into a climate risk function.

What you'll need to succeed

To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:

• At least 10 years of working experience in Enterprise Risk, ICAAP and Stress Testing in the FI industry
• Good understanding of Climate Risk, CCPT or TCFD is preferred
• Knowledge in BNM's Climate related policy documents is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
