Your new role

• Oversee the GL, AR/revenue recognition, AP, cost accounting, inventory accounting and statutory compliance functions of the HQ and overseas finance (China, Korea, Mexico, Vietnam)
• Tasked to oversee the IT and Admin operations
• Produce timely and accurate financial statements, management reports, and all statutory submissions

• Business partner with different BUs
• Perform analytical reviews of the monthly financial statements to assure the correctness and reasonability of the results

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy and professional certification - ACCA/ICMA, CPA and MIA or the equivalent
• Needed knowledge of transfer pricing policies, Malaysian tax laws including GST/SST
• Must have at least 10 years hands-on accounting experience in a manufacturing company
• Must have solid experience in managing a large team
