Your new role
You will be responsible for developing the international market strategy and implementing it for breakthrough global expansion. Liaise with distributor partners to build the export network and brand presence. You will also require to develop and coach the team including goal-setting.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience working with leading global FMCG brands in international market management through distributors.
• Experience working across and developing business globally.
• Most comfortable working in a dynamic, high growth industry and environment.
• Ability to lead and take responsibility for high growth targets.
• A winner, driven, mover who is competitive and a team player.
