Employee Retention (Human Resources) Assistant Manager Based in Taiping

You will be working with an Multinational Manufacturing Company that is based in Taiping as the Employee Retention Specialist/Assistant Manager.

Your new role
You will be working on talent retention strategies such as attractive retention scheme & program, employee future development plan, and employee engagement activities for blue and white collar workers.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Solid Employee Engagement background
  • Experienced in HR Rewards Strategies
  • Well versed in Employment Act 1955, IR Act, and the other prevailing Acts.
  • Good communication skills both in English and Malay.

What you'll get in return
You will be rewarded up to RM8,000 monthly salary, with an extra month of contractual bonus. This role will be groom into a manager eventually.
