Your new role
As a key member of the team, you'll be deliver excellent customer service through active listening and understand. You'll have chance to expand your Japanese communication skills, handle customer inquiries from various channels such as e-mail, calls and live-chats. You'll also have chance to involve in work process improvements and identify changes for a better outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proficiency in Japanese (native or JLPT N1)
  • Open for fresh graduates or candidates from various background
  • Good communication skills in English & Japanese
