Your new role
  • Assisting customers about Credit Card, banking account or Personal Financial products.
  • Handling multiple customer calls and enquiries to offer solutions accordingly.
  • Maintain appropriate operational risk control and compliance in all activities that aligns to bank.
  • This is an inbound call center. Hence, no sales are involved.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Fresh Grad or with experiences are both welcomed, training provided.
  • High level of competency in English communication.
  • Able to work on weekend and Public Holidays.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to follow-through.
  • Ability to operate in a multicultural environment.
