Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- Assisting customers about Credit Card, banking account or Personal Financial products.
- Handling multiple customer calls and enquiries to offer solutions accordingly.
- Maintain appropriate operational risk control and compliance in all activities that aligns to bank.
- This is an inbound call center. Hence, no sales are involved.
What you'll get in return
