A global company within it's contact centre is looking for a Japanese / Korean Operation Manager to lead their global project to be based in Kuala Lumpur
Your new role
As an Ops Manager, you'll be leading a team of Agents, Team Lead & etc in supervising their daily customer services operational task. You'll also be responsible in driving process improvement, customer experience to improve the overall team's performance. This will be a new expansion project, if you're someone who is looking for a new challenge, this will be an ideal role for you.
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll get in return
- Native or Excellent command of Japanese / Korean language
- Contact Centre/ Customer Service experience is a Must
- Leadership experience in leading a big team
- Open for local, Native speaker will be highly preferred.
