My client is looking for highly adaptable candidates and in line with the business expansion plans, they are looking for a Customer Service (Supply Chain) executive to manage their day to day order transactions within multiple channels.
Your new role
To be successful in this position, you will ensure sales orders are processed for domestic and export transactions (including e-commerce channels). You will communicate closely with the third-party warehouse teams by ensuring the orders are accurately fulfilled and delivered. Besides that, you will prepare relevant shipping documents for relevant shipment bookings and ensure they are in compliance with the import/export regulations. Your experience in inventory monitoring and inventory reporting will also be an added advantage
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar background will lead you to success, as will:
• Degree in relevant Supply Chain field
• Relevant experience within Customer Service, Logistics/Shipping and Supply Chain is preferred
• SAP/ERP/JDE knowledge would be useful
