Your new company is a giant within the leisure travelling industry. You will be based in their regional contact centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Your new role
You will be responsible for:
  • Responsible for taking care of customer service for China, Hong Kong and Taiwan market
  • Ongoing customer service via calls, emails etc

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have:
  • Open for fresh grads
  • Must speak, write, read both English and Mandarin
  • If can speak Cantonese will be additional advantage but not compulsory
