Your new role
  • You'll be spearheading end-to-end planning and execution of the app's Customer Loyalty Programme
  • You'll be managing management of games, rewards and customer engagement initiatives.
  • You'll be partnering with external agencies on delivery brand enhancing initiatives and retention-focused activities.
  • You'll work alongside the tech team in project for value enhancements and customizations
  • You'll have ownership over product roadmaps and driving UX decisions.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product management (app / mobile / web) or CRM for digital products
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - ability to innovate and pivot when needed.
  • Strong stakeholder management - ability to collaborate with Tech, C-level and work cross-functionally
  • Good knowledge of the industry and competitor products / services.
