Hiring experienced Customer Quality Engineer

My client is an electronics manufacturing MNC that is looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to join their team in Johor.

Your new role
As the CQE, you will be responsible for :

  • investigation and defining corrective actions for customer quality issues
  • communicating to the customer in regards to data gathering, root cause, and corrective action reports
  • Work directly with customers via telephone, email, or other to resolve quality issues.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideal candidates will possess the following :

  • 5-7 years of manufacturing experience from electronics/semicon industry
  • Well versed with 8D report methodology and other quality methods/tools
  • Knowledge in SMT is a plus
