With this role, you will be providing customer supports on inquiries with demonstration of excellence services. You will be the key person to provide accurate information and resolves issues with absolute professionalism. You will also be given flexibility to work with shift hours and your performance will be guided with KPI.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proficiency in Korean
  • Native Korean speaker will be a bonus.
  • Customer- orientated with good communication in English.
  • Flexibility in working on rotating shift.
  • Currently residing in Malaysia
