MNC Principle Medical Devices company, focusing on laboratory equipment and other devices across the healthcare sector and currently presence in 50 countries across the globe. They are expanding their team and seeking for Customer Complaint Executive to be based in Kuala Lumpur.
Your new role
For this position, you will be overseeing generated complaints from APAC customers, review the cases report, and safekeep all of the documentation. You will also be assigned to work closely with the Field Service Engineer and Quality Assurance team.
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering or Nursing background
- Candidate who have experience with ISO 13485 and ISO 9000
- At least 3 years of customer complaints or quality assurance experience within pharmaceutical or medical devices manufacturing industry
- Ideally, candidate who are keen to work in a fast-faced and matrixes organization
