Your new role
You will be accountable for end-to-end HR with the focus of engagement, rewards, culture development and business partnering. Key projects include operational HR harmonization post merger, capability development and more. You are also expected to be the employee champion, engaging the workforce to effectively drive them towards business direction.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven achievements as a operational & strategic HR HoD
• Background working in a fast-paced MNC (e.g. pharma, FMCG etc.)
• Solid experience managing senior stakeholders
