Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- For assigned Councils, he/she continually studies Board research work and executive program features to achieve strong fluency about our product offering.
- In parallel, he/she researches prospective members – both at the company and executive levels – to identify customer needs and match them with Council program benefits, and then undertake productive sales dialogue with prospects via value adding email, telephone and in-person discussions.
- He/she works independently and in partnership with colleagues to reach sales targets, build client relationships, and achieve revenue growth targets.
- Identify, target and recruit senior executives from global companies in Asia to join our Asia-Pacific Council program
- Connect with prospective members through phone calls, emails, online media and meetings
- Engage in substantive sales discussions with prospect; close sales
- Build and cultivate lead pipeline
- Regularly update CRM data
- Proactively share successful sales and engagement practices with colleagues; contribute to team capabilities and productivity improvement
What you'll get in return
