Your new role
You will be reporting to the CRM Manager. You will need to understand your target audience to develop customised copy for various CRM campaigns across the region, to ensure customers experience a unique and tailored journey.

What you'll need to succeed

• Solid portfolio of past copywriting work.
• Strong ability to communicate creative ideas.
• Good understanding of audiences and their needs.
