This prestigious Information Technology company based in Kuala Lumpur require a hands-on, Contract Specialist to join its global, dynamic business.

Your new role
You’ll be responsible for managing the company's standard template contracts and licensing agreements for the company on a regional level. Along with it, you will be responsible for a wide variety of commercial contracts i.e software services agreements, maintenance agreements, and others.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 4 years PQE
• Possess bachelor’s degree in law or any relevant
• Has experience in drafting commercial commercial agreement
• Regional exposure is highly advantageous
