Contact Centre Executive with one of the largest worldwide insurance companies based in Malaysia.
YOUR NEW COMPANY
This organisation is one of the largest insurance companies in the world and is famous for its exceptional shared services hub for the insurance Group of Life Insurance companies in the Asia Pacific region. With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field, two (2) permanent headcount for Contact Centre Executive are needed to join the team in the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office.

YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be responsible for effectively provide a professional and high-quality services by servicing facility to customers (agents and policyholders) via telephone and online mailing tools. It is expected for you to deliver a polite and accurate response, at the same time meeting and exceeding the customers’ expectations. You will have the opportunity to attend top-notch training in Malaysia and/or Singapore with the goal to improve your overall capability and becoming one of the professional representatives in this arena.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
If you have the traits below, this job will be ideal for you:
  • 1 year of work experience in Call Centre/Customer Service area.
  • High proficiency in English (speak & write). Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates who are good with communicating with people by providing solutions are encouraged to apply
