  • Evaluating current C&B framework and developing new C&B policies.
  • Developing employee wellbeing program and conducting salary benchmarking

  • Strong in compensation and benefits function
  • Experienced in salary benchmarking and job grading
  • The ability to main a commercial approach to every aspect of your role and lead from the front
