Your new role
As a HR Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Ability to develop in-depth knowledge of the business in order to create communications that draw line. of sight into the business goals and priorities.
  • Serves as the liaison and spokesperson for the human resource leadership team.
  • Communicates initiatives and lifestyle to employees in a variety of communications strategies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all HR communications tactics and adjust approaches as needed.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Journalism or related fields.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in strategic/corporate communications with at least 4 years of management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in development and execution of communication strategies.
  • Has working knowledge of social media.
