Your new role

  • The candidate must well verse in identifying opportunities for new contracts with a big brand on our existing/new premises
  • Monitor local and federal regulations.
  • Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms.
  • Recruit and oversee contractors and vendors.
  • Negotiate and influence top brand companies to optimize new business opportunities for a variety of new brands and franchise presence in maximizing non toll revenue growth.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Good communication - writing, presentation and speaking
  • Negotiation and analytical skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Experience in the industry is a plus!
