This client is MNC home appliance manufacture company, looking for IT Manager (Cloud) who is accountable for the end-to-end processes and delivery of all aspects of the Workplace environment across APAC MEA, as well as management of our Cloud environments. You will engage with the cross-functional and cross-regional teams ensuring high availability, compliance with targets of Service Level Agreement (SLA) and End User Experience Level Agreement (XLA), deliver improvements and end user productivity.

What you'll need to succeed

• Support & guide regional Infrastructure in managing its Cloud operation with aim to harmonize globally.
• Understand for the Workplace & Cloud governance roadmaps.
• Apply ITIL principles to the activity to leverage best-established practices & have a standard approach.
• Manage the suppliers/Vendors by defining clear guidelines & objectives, managing their KPIs & SLAs to ensure day to day delivery & operational handling of all Workplace, Server & Cloud infrastructure.
• Work closely with our operational teams on the implementation of new Workplace & Cloud infrastructure and tools or on the enhancement of the existing one (Example SCCM, SNOW, etc.)
• Ensuring that standard operating procedures are documented & followed based on industry best practices.

Who You Are

• Execution focused with a history of IT infrastructure, Workplace & Cloud, including minimum of 5 years of experience in complex project management
• Understand Cloud/Workplace projects and services specificities in a multi locations environment with many remote management situations
• Experience in Microsoft Azure & Microsoft O365.
• Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Provide input and recommendations on Workplace & Cloud policy, delivery, and security best practices.
