Our client is a renowned provider of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning for petrochemical, chemical and other general industries in Malaysia. This company is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Civil & Structural Engineer to join their company and contribute to the expansion plan of their ever-growing business.

Your new role
As an integral part of the team, you’ll be responsible for performing civil and structural design and to evaluate and recommend suitable sub-contractors in terms of fees and quality. You’ll be required to prepare the BQ and perform design calculation and report works. You’ll also have the opportunity to assist the team with authority approval application processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• A Degree in Civil Engineering is a necessity along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil & Structural design works.
• Knowledge on software such as STAAD pro, AutoCAD and ESTEEM is a requirement for this role.
• The ability to work with a group is a strong asset to have.
